If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a clear and simple return and refund process to ensure your peace of mind. 1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in resalable condition, without any damage or signs of wear.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for returns. These include:

  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will be issued for the price of the returned item only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or damaged items).

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are committed to making it right. In such cases:

  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.
  • We will provide you with a pre-paid return label, and the return shipping will be on us.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel the order, but you can return the product once it is received, following the standard return procedure.
